Today is Wednesday and approximately at 4:15 our friend Suzanne is coming to teach yoga! She does mindful based restorative yoga here at the house. We love it! It is so nice to stretch and connect to our breath and body. The benefits are huge, the joy is in the connection and the peace surrounds the whole house when we finish. We continue the night with a family dinner to really promote community. We offer many more amenities and rank ourselves high in value.
